Leading travel retailer Setur Duty Free this week opened a new Ermenegildo Zegna boutique at its Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen International Airport (SGIA) operation. The 40sq m unit offers a range of fashion & accessories from the Zegna brand.
The move comes amid the final phase of duty free openings at SGIA’s International Terminal which opened late last year. Setur Duty Free has a 20-year exclusive concession at the airport, which was Europe’s fastest growing in 2009, according to Airports Council International (ACI).
The retailer operates 2,700sq m in Departures and 1,250sq m in Arrivals, with growth of +155% reported in the first half, compared to a year ago.
Setur will open another luxury brand boutique, Salvatore Ferragamo, in October.
