Kadiköy Kartal Tavşantepe Metro Line

With the Kadıköy Kartal metro line, which has been put into service in August 17,2012, the travel time between Kartal and Kadıköy decreased to approximately 32 minutes. The extension of Kartal-Metro line was completed with the Pendik - Tavşantepe stations.

The metro stations between Kadıköy Kartal metro line are; Kadıköy, Ayrılıkçeşme, Acıbadem, Ünalan, Göztepe, Yenisahra, Kozyatağı, Bostancı, Küçükyalı, Maltepe, Huzurevi, Gülsuyu, Esenkent, Hastane/Adliye, Soğanlık, Kartal, Yeşilbağlar, Pendik and Tavşantepe.

The planning for the line to be extended to Sabiha Gökçen is progressing and the metro construction is expected to be completed at 2018.

Kadıköy Kartal metro line project was integrated with the Marmaray Project, as part of the all-in-one system.
