  • Check-in counters typically open 2 to 3 hours prior to scheduled departure. Depending on the individual airline, domestic or international check-in opening times may vary. We recommend our passengers to arrive at Sabiha Gökçen Airport accordingly.

  • Is there a smoking area inside the terminal?
  • Smoking in enclosed areas is prohibited by law in Turkey. Therefore, a smoking room is not available inside the terminal. There are smoking terraces in both domestic and international airsides.

  • What are the new liquid, aerosol, and gel restrictions for hand luggage?
  • Since 2010, liquids exceeding 100 ml are not allowed in hand luggage on domestic flights. The restrictions for carrying liquids in hand luggage on international flights have been in place since May 2009.

  • For items lost in the Terminal areas, please contact Airport Lost Property, operated by ISG Terminal Management. The office is located on the Departures Level (public area) and operates from 08:00 to 23:30.
