Incoming Cargo Services


  • Receiving and evaluating the FFM message sent by the departure point of the aircraft

  • Meeting the aircraft at its parking bay and taking delivery of the documentation pertaining to the cargo

  • Inspecting incoming cargo and cargo documentation

  • Commencing customs procedures upon determination of cargo which is damaged or missing

  • Delivering incoming cargo to the depot

  • Sending messages regarding problems

  • Presenting customs with the documents for incoming cargo

Contains 3 indoor import warehouses of 5500 square meters including 9 Cold Storage depots, secure sections for valuable cargo, special sections for restricted substances and protected areas for hazardous items. The import warehouses are equipped with a shelving system, computer aided stocking and placement system with barcode reader systems.


Outgoing Cargo Services


  • Preparation of all documentation pertaining to cargo which is to be exported

  • Presenting exit customs with the relevant documentation

  • Completion of postal procedures (AV7) at the PTT

  • Preparation and loading of cargo on to pallets depending on type of aircraft

  • Loading cargo in compliance with the Special Cargo and Hazardous Substances regulations

  • Conveying transit and transfer cargo to carrier aircraft and taking delivery of incoming transit and transfer cargo.

Operations


  • Aircraft customs clearance

  • Carrying out customs procedures on incoming consignments

  • Informing recipients of incoming cargo

  • Sales of bills of lading, taking receipt of the transportation charge in lieu of the airline that has an agreement
