Cargo Control and Communications Services

Everything that is required for a safe and timely operation is carried out by our experienced and highly trained personnel who offer the following services:

  • Provision of co-ordination of all services regarding flights

  • The preparation and distribution of flight documents (Customs declaration, loading form etc.)

  • ATC Flight Plan and Weather Report

  • Air and parking slot co-ordination

  • Co-ordination of fuel and on-board refreshments

  • Ensuring a rapid flow of communication to relevant units, organizing necessary arrangements and taking necessary precautions in the event of any changes regarding the flight

  • Preparation, sending and following-up of all messages regarding the operation

  • Ensuring cargo control, preparation of weight and balance documentation,

  • Carrying out stock control of loading equipment of airline companies,

  • Overflight and Landing Permission

    You are informed of all the authorization required for the permission of all landings, technical landings or overflights which are obtained from the relevant establishments.

    It is kindly requested that passengers should arrive at Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport 90 minutes before domestic and 120 minutes before international flights.
