The island state in the Persian Gulf, Kingdom of Bahrain’s second national airline company Bahrain Air, as of 1 June, started Istanbul flights from Sabiha Gökçen Airport. You can fly from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Bahrain with Bahrain Air; on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sundays with two cabin Airbus A320s with a total number of 156 seat capacity: 12 business premium class and 144 economy class.

SunExpress flew its 10 millionth domestic passenger from Sabiha Gökçen

SunExpress, which launched its domestic flights on 26 March 2006, flew its 10 millionth passenger on 5 June Tuesday from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to Hatay. In 2011 summer schedule, SunExpress operates 488 flights to 16 domestic destinations every week including İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen, İzmir, Antalya; and with the completion of İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen-Hatay flight, the airline served its 10 millionth domestic passenger.
